Roasted a little darker than Allpress Espresso Blend, we take the development further to soften the acidity and introduce richer chocolate notes. Gentle acidity, heavy body, sweet, rich dark chocolate. Brazil for the body, cocoa, sweetness and length. Colombia for a touch of acidity to provide some balance, milk chocolate and sweetness.
